BlueIce Gems offers specialized 3D CAD modeling and visualization services exclusively for the gemstone sector. All of our Services are provided electronically according to the specific agreed scope. We function strictly as a digital design studio and assume no liability for the actual, physical manufacturing of any final products.
3. Pricing and Payment
All service fees are quoted in Dollars (USD) and may be adjusted. The complete payment for the agreed-upon visualization Services must be remitted in advance, unless an explicit alternative arrangement is confirmed. By providing your payment data, you permit us to bill you for the delivered Services.
4. Intellectual Property
Following the successful final payment, the client obtains a perpetual, non-exclusive license to utilize the finalized 3D CAD models and renders for all commercial use. BlueIce Gems reserves the right to showcase the completed work within its promotional portfolio unless expressly disallowed through a separate written contract.
5. Client’s Content
You hold total responsibility for all content, including any sketches or existing images, that is supplied to our team. You must guarantee that you possess the legal rights or proper authorization to use this material and that it fully respects all existing third-party intellectual property protections.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
The specific conditions governing the cancellation of services and any applicable refunds are detailed in our Refund Policy, which is formally integrated by reference into these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The visualization Services are furnished “as is,” without any implied or express guarantees. We bear no liability for any indirect, direct, resultant, or incidental losses stemming from your engagement with our Services. You must accept that the eventual physical pieces might show minor deviations from the digital renders due to actual production variables.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced strictly in compliance with the Indian legal statutes. Any legal disagreements arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts located in USA.
