1. Service Cancellation
Clients retain the right to formally request the cancellation of any service order at any time. The final refund amount, if one is due, will be determined by the specific development stage of the active project.

Before Project Commencement: Should you cancel the order before our team has initiated any task on your visualization, you qualify for a 100% full reimbursement.

During Project Development: If the cancellation occurs after the commencement of work on your 3D CAD file or render, you will receive a proportionate refund. This reimbursement will exclude the fees covering the labor already performed. Our specialists will audit the progress and communicate the amount of the non-reimbursable charge.
2. No Returns on Digital Services
Given the electronic nature of the visualization files we create, returns are not applicable to our services. Our dedication to ensuring your satisfaction is instead handled entirely via our comprehensive revision guarantee. We gladly provide expert-level corrections and necessary adjustments without any extra charge to ensure the final render precisely matches your needs.
3. Refund Process
To formally initiate a refund request, kindly reach out to us at sales@blueicegems.com, ensuring you include your assigned order number and a clear explanation for the request.

All approved refunds will be transferred back to your original payment source within a window of 10-15 working days.
